Unfortunately, they didn't coincide. I would end up trying a couple of strategies to make the two harmonize;
* Live with tie spacing being a bit wacky
* Modify the turnout assembly to align with the Central Valley ties
* Modify the fixture to accommodate alternative PC board placement if the turnout is going to be placed on the CVT blocks.
