To complete the realignment, all I had to do was remove about a dozen screws, reverse the grades, and attach the staging exit (on right) to what was the entry to the second level. The old alignment climbed upgrade from right to left along the front edge of the benchwork. It's grade reverses from left to right as it becomes the entry to the second level.
